HCDD is developing a  five-year strategies that will guide approximately $250 million in housing and community development funding for programs and services that support low- and moderate-income Houstonians.

Currently, HCDD administers over $100 million annually in various federal, state and local programs. Project types administered consist of: public facility, infrastructure, single family, multi-family, professional services and purchasing contracts.
