• Bus Stop Improvements: boarding pad construction (concrete), shelter purchase & installation, and bus stop signage.
Port Arthur Transit
- Bus Canopy Construction and Parking Lot- FY26-27 (This project consists of an overhead canopy that will cover a 13,000 square foot parking lot to accommodate the transit’s additional fleet of vehicles. ) A DBE does not have to perform on-site labor to contribute to a project’s DBE goals. A DBE can provide supplies, equipment, and materials for construction.
- Bus Stop Design and Construction- FY26-2027 (Update bus stop to ADA compliance. (Updates consist of concrete bus pads, ramps, sidewalk, curbs.) DBE can provide supplies, equipment, and materials for construction.
- Material Testing Services- FY 26-27 (Testing companies that specialize in construction materials testing.)
- HO Mills Facility Driveway Reconstruction FY26-27
