The Corpus Christi International Airport (CCIA) is required to set new Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) goals for concessions and Rental Car Companies at CCIA for Fiscal years 2020 through 2022.

Pursuant to 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 23 we must provide opportunity for consultation with Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Businesses Owners, Community Organizations, Trade Organizations and other officials or organizations which could be expected to have information concerning the availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses and the effects of discrimination on opportunities for ACDBEs.

We will, in turn, share our efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of Disadvantaged Business owners on Airport Concession contracts.

We encourage all partner organizations, Small and Minority Business Organizations as well as Chambers of Commerce to distribute this notice to your members. Any Prime Concession looking for Disadvantaged Businesses should take advantage of this opportunity and make plans to have a representative there.
