A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT, HARVEY DISASTER RECOVERY FUNDED MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Urban Partnership Community Development Corporation (UP-CDC) & Koogler Construction of Texas, LLC –are accepting competitive sealed bids for all subcontractors with multifamily construction experience, in all trades for a new Multi-Family Project known as Scott Street Lofts, located at 1320 Scott Street, Houston, Harris County, Texas. Scott Street Lofts is proposed as a newly constructed approximately 123-unit apartment community for seniors in Houston, Texas. This complex will be comprised of a five-story, elevator served building containing an amenity center and approximately 123 units. The ground floor will serve as a parking garage and amenity center, with 4 stories of apartment units stacked above.
